- ARTWORK--Please furnish us with Black on white camera-ready
artwork (approximately 5" X 5"). Faxes, business
cards, copies or letterheads do not represent acceptable
camera-ready artwork. They do not duplicate well. We must have
original artwork.
- IN HOUSE GRAPHICS--Our graphics department can assist you in
preparing camera-ready artwork for an additional fee.
- PRODUCTION TIME--Please allow 10 to 14 working days once
camera-ready artwork is received, to allow for silk screen
preparation and printing.
- TRADEMARK USAGE--All copy or other materials submitted will
be accepted as being in full compliance with all applicable laws
regarding trademark, service mark, patent, right of privacy,
copyright and similar protection.
- Shipping - We ship United Parcel Service. Shipping is paid
for by customer. Next Day, Second Day and other methods of
delivery service can be costly to you, so please order early to avoid
these charges.
- Payment - Because of the nature of our business, that is
once balloons are imprinted we
can no longer use them, imprints must be paid for
before imprinting. We accept Visa , Mastercard and American
Express.
